Having been cooped-up for soooooo long hatchin' our long-anticipated debut CD, we've decided it's just easier to invite you into the coop to celebrate the actual cracking of the egg!
On Saturday, April 28th, join us as we lay some big love at Sebastopol's first ( ... and likely, only, let's face it ... ) Coop D'etat, a Black Tie & Beaks Poultry Formal, where people-sized hens and roosters will get down in our custom Hopmonk Human Hen House™ (Baby Seal Club's first "4-H" program), a concept you didn't know you needed to experience but strangely can't miss now.
Opening for us will be the energetically effervescent Crazy Famous, a band whose name proves that sheer force of moxie and talent will rise one steadily up the pecking order.
Adding to the egg-citement will be cocksure DJs Chango B, JonniJi, and Matt Scientist, so you can shake your cloacas late into the night decked out in all your feathery finery.
And, if that weren't enough, us Seals will be presenting our amazing new “Zeroes & Ones” chick-flick; a triumph of hen-amatography. This will be your chance to see it live with the band before it goes crazy-viral (we can dream, right?) and becomes de rigueur in the Hen Hop music culture.
